The food is made to please YOU.. Therefore you can customize any menu item to fit your liking. You're welcomed and encouraged to ask for substitutions or ommissions as your taste in food dictates. In addition to the featured menu items, I will also be more than happy to prepare whatever you'd like. If its not on the menu, just ask! I'll cook it for you! This is your menu! Food that is delivered and served is done in a self serve manner. (Buffet style, designed to serve one portion per person) These menus are designed for catering, but all dishes are available for in home services as well, in addition to the custom menus that we design with each individual client for private parties, dinner parties, corporate events etc.
