Double Dipped Buttermilk Fried Chicken- marinated in buttermilk, herbs and spices, double dipped in â€‹seasoned flour and deep fried.

Slow Cooked Country Ribs or Spareribs- Honey BBQ, Memphis (dry rub, smoked)

or Carolina style (Vinegar based bbq sauce, slowly grilled over indirect heat)

Jambalaya- Classic recipe: Chicken, shrimp, smoked sausage, okra, rice, tomatoes, and traditional ingredients and seasonings.

​

Smothered Pork Chops- Tender, juicy, covered in sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms and pan gravy. 



Southern Style Fried Catfish- Fillets dredged in seasoned cornmeal and breadcrumbs and fried til golden. Fried cod with classic fish batter also available.



Slow Simmered Chicken and Dumplings- White meat chicken and dumplings slowly simmered in seasoned chicken gravy with carrots, celery, onions and garlic. Served with fresh baked biscuits.

Cajun Gumbo- Shrimp, chicken, Andouille sausage, dark roux, file and classic gumbo ingredients. Served with rice.

​

Baked Steak and Gravy- Tender marinated steak, baked in beef gravy with garlic, onions, peppers and carrots. 



Baked Shrimp and Cheese Grits- Shrimp,white hominy grits, white cheddar, asiago, carmelized onions, real butter and cream, fresh herbs and spices, baked to perfection. Served with choice of two sides.



Gourmet BBQ Beans and Pork 4 ways- Black eyed peas, pinto and kidney beans, stewed with house bbq sauce along with brown sugar, onions, garlic, herbs and spices, diced honey glazed ham, thick cut maple bacon, tender pulled pork and seasoned pork sausage.

Macaroni and Cheese- Homestyle: Pasta mixed with creamy, rich homemade cheese sauce. Baked: Mac and 3 cheese mornay sauce, topped with more cheese and seasoned bread crumbs and baked.​

Macaroni Salad- traditional deli style​-mayo and mustard base, pimentos,boiled egg, celery, fresh herbs, diced red onion, special seasonings​

Italian Pasta Salad - Spiral noodles, house Italian dressing​, red onion, black olives, fresh herbs and seasonings, diced pepperoni, cucumber

Creamy Whipped Mashed Potatoes w/ Beef or Chicken Gravy​​

Fried Potatoes and Onions w/ fresh herbs​

Picnic Potato Salad- Half mustard, half mayo base, potatoes, green onion, bell pepper, celery, boiled eggs and traditional herbs and spices​

Thick Cut Dumpling Noodles w/ chicken gravy and bits of white meat chicken​

Buttered Egg Noodles w/ fresh parsley​

Braised Collard Greens- Fresh collared greens, kale and mustard grens, slowly braised with bacon, fresh ham hocks, onions, garlic, cider vinegar, sugar and seasonings​

Black Eyed Peas- Beans are simmered and then cooked with ham hocks, onions, diced tomato, bell pepper, garlic and southern flavors​

Baked BBQ Beans-​ Beans baked with maple BBQ sauce, thick cut bacon, onions and special seasonings

Sweet Potato Pecan Casserole- Candied sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon and toasted pecans (marshmellow topping optional)​

Stewed Okra and Tomatoes- Okra and tomatoes are cooked with creole herbs and spices, onions and fresh basil​

Coleslaw- Classic style coleslaw. Never soggy or watery!​

Southern Fried Cabbage and Onions- Cabbage cooked with butter, onions, garlic, thick cut bacon, dried oregano, sugar and lemon juice​​​

Freshly Baked Biscuits- Served with honey and real butter​​
