Its then encusted with a secret dry rub, wrapped in amish bacon and refrigerated overnight. Next its smoked for 4 hours, then slowly oven simmered in Recipe33 BBQ sauce, apple cider, Guinness and lots of other secret ingredients! Served with freshly baked brioche rolls, meunster cheese, fried onion straws or carmelized onions, and house slaw. Assemble and indulge!
